Network Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing level 2 support on network SDWAN Proxy related services.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires at least 3-6 years of industry experience, preferably as a network security engineer in a customer support role in the telecommunication industry.
  • You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to customers.
  • Achieving operational targets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) is crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide level 2 support on network SDWAN Proxy related services, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure all customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve operational targets and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in electronics, computers, or science required.
  • CCNA CCNP security or Zscaler certifications preferred.
