About the Role

This Performance Marketing role involves expanding our digital footprint by leveraging cutting-edge strategies to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. You will utilize expertise in Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive quality traffic and conversions globally.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • You will develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation.
  • You will conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • You will set up, manage, and optimize Amazon ads campaigns across Amazon, both domestic and international platforms.
  • You will monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • You will regularly analyze campaign performance data using Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • You will generate reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
