Company Secretary Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary with 3-5 years of experience to ensure compliance, manage corporate governance and provide support to the board.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Manage company records and maintain accurate registers.
  • Prepare and file essential documents with regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in conducting board meetings, general meetings and minute preparation.
  • Advise the board on best practices for corporate governance.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and advisors.
  • Handle share transfers, transmission and maintain member registers.
Key Qualifications
  • Hold a valid Company Secretary (CS) qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and regulations.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Display proficiency in legal documentation and corporate compliance.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
