Role Overview:

As a Faculty for Personality Development at Fly2Infinity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the personal and professional growth of our students. Your guidance and mentorship will empower individuals to develop their communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, fostering confidence and self-awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive modules for personality development, focusing on effective communication, public speaking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students' presentation and leadership skills, as well as their ability to empathize with others.
  • Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students on their personal grooming and professional behavior, helping them to develop a growth mindset.
  • Develop and implement strategies to integrate personality development into the overall curriculum, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning experience.
  • Evaluate and assess individual progress through performance reviews and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in personality development and related fields, applying this knowledge to enhance the learning experience.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students facing personal or professional challenges, helping them to develop resilience and coping strategies.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programs, ensuring that they remain relevant and effective.
  • Network with industry professionals to create opportunities for students to develop their skills and gain practical experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in conducting personality development workshops or training sessions, with a strong understanding of personality theories and human behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically connect with students and understand their individual needs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Experience in mentoring or counseling individuals in personal and professional development, with a strong commitment to student success and wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for evaluating personality traits and skills, with the ability to use this knowledge to inform teaching and learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based educational environment, with a strong focus on student-centered learning.
  • Passion for empowering individuals and fostering personal growth, with a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Certifications or training in coaching, counseling, or related fields is a plus, as is flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs and challenges of students.
