Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Faculty Member for Personal Growth to join our team at Fly2Infinity. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the personal and professional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Comprehensive Modules: Develop and deliver engaging and interactive modules that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Conduct Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on effective communication, public speaking, and emotional intelligence.
  • Provide Personalized Coaching and Feedback: Offer one-on-one coaching and feedback to students on their personal grooming and professional behavior.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and implement strategies to enhance students' presentation and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with Faculty: Work closely with other faculty members to integrate personality development into the overall curriculum.
  • Evaluate and Assess Progress: Evaluate and assess individual progress through performance reviews and assessments.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in personality development and related fields.
  • Provide Mentorship and Support: Offer mentorship and support to students facing personal or professional challenges.
  • Participate in Faculty Meetings: Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
  • Network with Industry Professionals: Establish relationships with industry professionals to create opportunities for students' skill development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree: A masters degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in conducting personality development workshops or training sessions.
  • Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of personality theories and human behavior.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Empathize: The ability to empathetically connect with students and understand their individual needs.
  • Demonstrated Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Mentoring: Experience in mentoring or counseling individuals in personal and professional development.
  • Knowledge of Assessment Tools: Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques for evaluating personality traits and skills.
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively: The ability to work collaboratively in a team-based educational environment.
  • Passion for Empowering: A passion for empowering individuals and fostering personal growth.
  • Certifications or Training: Certifications or training in coaching, counseling, or related fields is a plus.
  • Flexibility: The flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs and challenges of our students.
  • Proficiency in Technology: Proficiency in using technology for educational and assessment purposes.
