Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of products and upholding organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incoming Quality Control: Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders. Prepare inspection reports and escalate any deviations found. Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.
  • In-Process Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality checks across production stages to ensure products meet specifications. Identify real-time defects or process deviations and initiate immediate corrective actions. Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.
  • Coordination & Problem Solving: Collaborate with production supervisors and operators for smooth implementation of quality standards. Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects or non-conformities. Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection methods, gauging techniques, and measurement tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
