Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead/Specialist to join our Sales - CRM Platform team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows. They will develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation, while coordinating with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales - CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UAT Strategy & Planning: Define UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales - CRM workflows.
  • Test Case Management: Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
  • Defect Management: Track, analyze, and escalate defects.
  • Environment & Data Setup: Ensure UAT environment mirrors production.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Sales - CRM Platform.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.
