SAP Real Estate Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate and be able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting as is and to be analysis of the real estate process from master data handling, contacts, invoicing and steering model.
  • Implementing and harmonizing finance and IT's real estate processes including new steering model across the organization (SE/DK/NO) and identifying benefits within the new solution.
  • Defining and providing recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.
  • Contributing to system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live and knowledge sharing to relevant IT resources.
  • Having knowledge on cost controlling in RE-FX module in SAP.
  • Understanding SAP FI-CO and how it integrates with SAP RE-FX module in SAP S/4.
  • Knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate.
  • Experience working with RE-FX module in SAP S/4 and a large knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4 including Fiori.
