Company Overview:

Mahindra Rise is a leading automotive manufacturer seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Light Commercial Vehicle segment.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding sales volumes and market share through local dealerships, identifying strategic customers, and developing conversion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Volume Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of Light Commercial Vehicles through local dealerships.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with key customers, including transporters, influencers, and fleet owners, to build strong relationships and drive business.
  • Territory Mapping: Segment territories based on application and develop conversion plans to maximize sales potential.
  • Sales Forecasting: Conduct thorough market analysis to forecast sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Channel Partner Development: Guide channel partners in developing secondary sales networks and providing training and support to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the Product development team to gather customer feedback and insights, ensuring products meet market demands.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong understanding of Light Commercial Vehicles market trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Salary Range:

Estimated salary range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
