Service Technician L2

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician L2 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and assistance to our staff.

  • You will oversee and coordinate service staff activities and services as needed.
  • Provide assistance and training to other Service Technicians in solving complex technical problems.
  • Refer complex problems and inquiries to more experienced technical staff or leadership.
  • Analyze and verify statistical information within the ITSM tool to ensure report accuracy and data integrity.

Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain the ITSM knowledge base of problems and resolutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on at least 2 primary support product lines.
  • Seek and create opportunities for growth through automation, innovation, and process improvement.
Expected Responsibilities
  • Respond to staff questions and inquiries via telephone, email, web, and other communication methods in a timely manner.
  • Enter, assign, and track service requests in the ITSM system.
  • Refer service issues to IT leadership.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of working experience in a related support service field.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep.
  • Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment.
