Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end project execution and management of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, and Central Chiller Plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution & Coordination: Oversee project execution, design, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure efficient and reliable plant and building operations. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain effective coordination with vendors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), consultants, and internal teams to achieve project targets.
  • E nsure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IS codes, NBC, and international standards for design drawings, Bills of Quantity (BOQ), equipment specifications, and shop drawings.
Technical Design Review:
  • Review system architecture for BMS, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition/ Distributed Control System (SCADA/DCS), and utility monitoring systems.
Quality and Safety Management:
  • Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
Operations and Handover:
  • Develop Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals, as-built drawings, and training sessions for facility teams.
