About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Safety and Compliance Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of environmental, health, and safety management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as a deep understanding of Indian regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management: Effectively document control and reporting for EHS systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with property managers to conduct audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Training: Prepare for and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & 45001 audits, conducting training sessions for regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Motivation and Coaching: Motivate property management teams to effectively implement EHS systems, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Inspections and Investigations: Conduct regular safety inspections, identifying areas for improvement and recommending remedial measures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage EHS data, providing statistical reports to stakeholders and analyzing trends to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience in EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

- In-depth knowledge of Indian safety, health, and environmental regulations

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and train others
