Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

- A person with having good knowledge of EHS Compliances in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Having mandatory experience of Green Field Projects with the automotive industry.
- Should be competent enough to handle all EHS & Customer audits.
- Good Liaoning with Govt. officials.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Adherence of Safety Training Calendar.
- GEMBA Walk
- Safety Talk with employees
- Near miss reporting & Incident Investigation.
- Root Cause Analysis
- Conducting Safety Committee Meetings
- Strengthen 5S culture in plant.
- Stopping the work which is safety noncompliance
- Key Job Skills and or competencies
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and devise efficient and cost-effective technological solutions.
- What were looking for
- Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical Engineering from reputed college & Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI (Regional Labour Institute) is must.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in EHS.
- Good knowledge of Safety, Excellent verbal and written communication Skill in English
- Good Knowledge of World, Excel & PowerPoint
- Should agree to stay in Gurgaon or nearby.

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program, including safety rules, practices, and training as outlined in the PHINIA CTCM Safety Policy Manual, which includes the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in a manner that stresses the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
