Network Architecture Specialist

As a systems specialist, you will oversee the management of messaging and file transfer technologies.
You will lead a team responsible for onboarding skilled resources, managing projects, cost control, and optimization.
Key responsibilities include experience in IT infrastructure related fields, preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
- Experience with Sterling file gateway (SFG), Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.
- Unix/Linux expertise, business process creation and maintenance, and protocols: SFTP, FTP, FTPs, HTTPS, S3, Pest(good to have).
- Certificate renewals and disaster recovery participation are must-haves.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Independent work capability, idea generation, and global teamwork.
- Infrastructure management skills and best practices knowledge, incident, change, request, and release management, vulnerability management, asset, license, and capacity management, resiliency, DR Process, and BCP.
- Flexibility to handle weekend activities as required.
