RF Network Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Network Optimization Specialist to design and optimize multi-technology radio networks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RF Planning & Optimization, as well as excellent knowledge of NR, LTE & GSM fundamentals & Architecture.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues related to RF Planning & Optimization, licensing, upgrades, and technical support.
  • They will design and optimize radio networks (2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G) using macro-cell sites.
  • Our team relies on the specialist to take technical ownership of 4G & 5G RF Planning & Optimization tools and solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and managing end-to-end project activity schedules, ensuring timely delivery of planned and unplanned tasks.
  • The specialist will generate reports for project status and progress, and maintain PAN India rollout and coverage delivery reports across 2G–5G on a monthly basis.
  • Regulatory and standards-related deliverables, including DoT, TRAI, and other compliance reports, are also key aspects of this role.
  • Our ideal candidate will manage and train internal teams on tools like UGIS and SIWA.
  • Additionally, they will publish dashboards regularly for management (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and submit regulatory reporting.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in Atoll planning tool & GIS related activities.
  • Expertise in RF Planning & Optimization is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of NR, LTE & GSM fundamentals & Architecture is required.
  • Familiarity with Atoll , Map Info & QGIS is necessary.
  • Knowledge of 2G, 4G & 5G technologies is essential.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & Power point is required.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data cleansing & data enrichment techniques is beneficial.
  • Able to develop & document procedures & workflows.
  • Data quality control, validation & linkages.
  • Understanding of data protection issues.
  • Ability to produce clear graphical / map representation and data visualizations.
