About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Representative to join our Healthcare and Insurance Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance requests and process them in accordance with established procedures.
- Familiarize yourself with multiple client applications and capture essential information to process customer requests efficiently.
- Provide basic-level support on programs, projects, reporting, filing, electronic and hard-copy materials handling, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Candidate should be a fresher with outstanding analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Candidate with basic insurance knowledge is preferable but not mandatory.
- Typing knowledge with a minimum speed of 21 WPM is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to exchange information with clients.
- Any graduate with English as a compulsory subject is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility to support the team during crisis periods.
- Ready to relocate as per business requirements.
Working Schedule:
The required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST. However, shift timings can be changed as per client requirements, and resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends based on business needs.-
