Memory Layout Specialist
We are seeking a Memory Layout Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in Memory/Custom Layout design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design memory leaf cell layout library from scratch, including top level integration.
- Develop good knowledge on different types of memory architectures.
- Optimize layout design for better performance.
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in Finfet technology, layout design, and DRC limitations.
- Proficient in physical verification flow and debug, like DRC, LVS, ERC, Boundary conditions.
- Good knowledge in EM and IR run and fix.
- Proficient in Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Calibre physical verification flow.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years of experience in Memory/Custom Layout design.
- Good knowledge on different types of memory architectures.
- Optimized layout design skills for better performance.
