As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex applications using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will work with our team to build scalable and maintainable back-end services and APIs using Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-end Development: Develop and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or GWT or JSF.
  • Back-end Services: Build and manage back-end services and APIs using Java.
  • Database Optimization: Design and optimize databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres, MySQL).
  • Cross-platform Optimization: Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness.
  • Feature Extension: Extend the product features by collaborating with the product manager.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Security: Implement security and data protection best practices.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Front-end Technologies: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, GWT/Struts/JSF).
  • Back-end Development: Strong back-end development skills (Java, Spring security, Spring boot etc.).
  • Database Operations: Good knowledge in writing queries and handling db operations.
  • Application Servers: Knowledge of application and web servers is essential.
  • API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-solving: Good at debugging and identifying the root cause of the problem.
  • Communication: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
