Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead and scale the Toys category by onboarding leading Toys brands, and launching them across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard new Toys brands and develop strategies to drive sales growth across multiple channels.
  2. Leverage market trends and consumer insights to inform product assortment decisions and optimize in-store experiences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and ensure successful brand introductions.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, preferably in the Toys industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with market trends and consumer insights, with ability to apply knowledge to inform product assortment decisions.
