We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Solutions Architect to lead our data engineering team in designing and optimizing large-scale cloud-based data pipelines and architectures.

This individual will be responsible for developing new data products, modernizing existing platforms, and serving as a cloud development expert, guiding other engineers in enhancing their cloud skillsets.

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines and data products using cloud-native technologies.
  • Develop and optimize Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes using various tools and technologies.
  • Sustain and evolve data models driving operational and analytical workloads.
  • Transform legacy systems into cloud-native platforms using AWS services.
  • Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native data solutions using AWS services such as Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon Glacier.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
  • Evaluate the scalability, resilience, and compliance of AWS-based data platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to data platform modernization roadmaps and support the delivery of new products.

Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience in data engineering or equivalent technical roles, 5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Development and DevOps experience, and strong expertise in SQL data modeling and ELT pipelines. A Azure certification is not required but is preferred.
