SecPod is a leading cybersecurity technology company that revolutionizes endpoint security and management by automating cyber hygiene implementation, enhancing IT and security effectiveness while reducing management costs.

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Lead to spearhead our compliance content development strategy and lead a team of compliance developers in developing high-quality, enterprise-grade compliance benchmarks and automation solutions across multiple regulatory frameworks.

This senior role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving the research, development, and delivery of compliance solutions aligned with business objectives and market demands.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 compliance content developers to ensure quality standards and best practices for compliance content development
  • Develop compliance strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver results-driven compliance solutions
  • Establish quality standards and best practices for compliance content development
Technical Excellence & Innovation
  • Research and architect advanced compliance frameworks for emerging standards (NIST 2.0, HIPAA, CIS, STIG, PCI-DSS)
  • Design and oversee development of complex remediation automation scripts and SCAP content to enhance IT and security effectiveness
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure deliverable quality across all compliance benchmarks
  • Drive automation initiatives using Python, PowerShell, and infrastructure-as-code tools to reduce management costs
Compliance Expertise & Standards
  • Expert-level knowledge across multiple frameworks: NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, STIG, GDPR, SOX, FedRAMP
  • Deep understanding of SCAP standards (OVAL, XCCDF, CPE, CVE, CCE) to develop high-quality compliance solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in compliance automation tools and vulnerability management platforms to drive results
