Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify merchant needs and develop tailored integration strategies.
  • Presentation of payment acceptance capabilities to engage and secure merchant partnerships.
  • Lead the design and presentation of integration solutions for major merchant engagements.
  • Provide critical support to the sales team by leveraging product knowledge to address merchant requirements effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive requirements and functional specifications based on merchant interactions and market trends.
  • Effectively communicate product information, updates, and directions to the sales team.
  • Manage the sales funnel for overall Business Development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in technical integration or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or banking industry with exposure to digital payment and merchant acquiring products.
  • A strong understanding of payment systems and proven experience in managing technical integrations and client engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with lead tracking tools will be considered an added advantage.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and operate independently in the fast-paced fintech industry.
Compensation

Our estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
