As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions using Duck Creek Clarity. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop Clarity solutions for policy, billing, and claims modules
  2. Work on Example Platform versions 6X & 7X
  3. Develop data insights and reports using Clarity, SSRS/SSIS, and Snowflake
  4. Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to optimize data usage
  5. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business decisions
  6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across Clarity implementations
  7. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing phases
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshoot Clarity-related issues
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Clarity and Example Author/Server
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation techniques
  • Good understanding of insurance domain processes (underwriting, rating, forms, rules)
  • Experience with Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, and Address Validation
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
