About the Role:
  • Create fresh and natural personal care products using whole ingredients, minimal processing, and no preservatives.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in chemistry/biochemistry/pharmaceutical science/cosmetic/Ayurveda.
  • Industry experience in personal care research and development, preferably with formulated own products.
  • Experience in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products, including knowledge of natural preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, surfactants, etc.
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
