Product Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineering Specialist to own the development of innovative features, bridging the gap between engineering and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision Alignment: Understand product vision, business logic, and end-user needs, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering and product teams.
  • Feature Development: Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Technical Strategy: Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Process & Documentation: Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Coordination & Communication: Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.
  • Culture Building: Instill feedback-driven development and experimentation culture across product and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination.
  • Strong coding skills in both backend and frontend technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
  • Experience with API development, integration, and database management.
  • Product thinking with strong mindset for user experience and business value.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Notion).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate engineering workflows.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks, quality assurance processes, and feature validation.
