Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert-level technical support for complex network and OS-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose problems, communicate solutions, and drive product quality programs.

As a Senior Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and resolving intricate network and product-related issues reported by customers.
  • Providing timely and professional support on escalated cases, facilitating discussions with product development teams when necessary.
  • Investigating critical dead-ends, providing suggestions to mitigate them, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting complex computer networking issues, demonstrating expertise in balancing communication needs for each customer case.
  • Strong analytical mind with the ability to triage and prioritize resolution of high-touch issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to clearly articulate matters to customers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, excellent account management, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

In addition to the requirements mentioned above, ideal candidates should hold:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (preferably).
