Job Title: Senior Network Engineer Level 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced network professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients' infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network troubleshooting, deployment, and monitoring while supporting diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, managing devices, and maintaining a clean network environment.

This position requires a thorough understanding of various network technologies, including routing, switching, firewall management, and SDWAN, with hands-on experience accessing devices across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Provide support for troubleshooting issues related to routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
    • Access devices at client locations to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.
    • Collaborate with teams to resolve tickets within SLAs while ensuring proper documentation and updates.
    • Monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Firewall Management & Configuration:
    • Deploy and manage firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard) to ensure secure communication.
    • Create, update, and maintain firewall rules and configurations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve firewall-related issues, ensuring proper security policies are in place.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring & Documentation:
    • Monitor the health and performance of the network infrastructure.
    • Maintain clear documentation for network configurations, changes, and solutions.
    • Implement regular audits to ensure the infrastructure remains organized, secure, and well-maintained.
  • SD-WAN and Cloud Network Management:
    • Configure and manage SD-WAN solutions and associated controllers.
    • Assist in the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of SD-WAN networks.
    • Collaborate with clients on the setup and integration of cloud-managed devices and SD-WAN controllers.
  • Client Communication & Issue Resolution:
    • Interact with clients to ensure timely resolution of network-related issues.
    • Maintain high-quality communication, ensuring clients are informed about ongoing issues and resolutions.
  • Training & Mentorship:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
    • Assist in knowledge transfer and training for internal teams.
