Job Title: Third Party Risk Management Manager

Department: Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB)

Location: Mumbai

Grade: Manager (Functional)

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for developing and deploying end-state recommended processes for third-party engagement, monitoring and reporting Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintaining comprehensive documentation and establishing robust operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical rigor and logical thinking, with a continuous process improvement mindset. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Competencies:

- General Risk management and Controls management awareness.

- Internal Controls Testing/ Internal Audit.

- Familiarity with computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Behavioral Skills:

Communication skills - oral & written

Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

Adaptability

Transversal Skills:

Ability to develop and adapt a process

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Ability to set up relevant performance indicators

Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent
