About this position

As a Data Management Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing employee data and insurance policies to ensure seamless operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

A key aspect of this job is ensuring efficient data management, utilizing Excel formulas, lookups, and combinations.

The successful candidate will work as a Process Associate/Senior Process Associate.

Contract employment with the possibility of extension on a year-on-year basis, depending on performance.

High-performing candidates may also be considered for a full-time opportunity.

Based in Andheri, Mumbai.

Experience: 1+ Years (Insurance/Excel)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining employee data for clients.
  • Oversight of Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • Coordination with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, corrections through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintaining an endorsement tracker and ensuring timely updates in the system.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators.
  • Assisting clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.
  • Supporting client executives with data management for policy renewals.
  • Effectively managing data on internal enrollment portals.
  • Providing assistance and resolving client queries through iTrack (ticketing tool).
  • Conducting periodic data reconciliation and submitting the report to the client.
  • Coordinating with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims, and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required skills include:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems.
