Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Assist in data analysis for client onboarding, verify application functionality, and test system performance.
  • Capture and understand client requirements, analyze and map to product solutions.
  • Document requirements that necessitate further configurations.
  • Facilitate client communication through meeting agendas, minutes, demos, and inquiries.
  • Take client calls on issues and drive to resolution.
  • Test system functionality, report issues, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidate(s) should possess:

  • A logical and analytical mindset.
  • Quick learning capabilities to understand product functionality and map to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience in implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions is an asset.
  • US Pension or benefits administration expertise is a significant advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in implementation and delivery services software and tools.
  • Software product implementation expertise.
  • Pension or benefits administration knowledge is an asset.
