Job Description

We are seeking a skilled engineer with strong expertise in telecommunications network projects to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of radio access networks.

The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per industry standards.

  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of radio access nodes for telecommunications projects.
  • Work on multiple platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per project guidelines.
  • Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site acceptance.
  • Work on health checks, and validation for network elements.
Required Skills & Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in radio access network integration (LTE/5G).

Hands-on experience with gNodeB/eNodeB integration.

Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.

Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation.

Familiarity with OSS tools and telecommunications equipment.

Knowledge of IP planning, transport integration, and alarms troubleshooting.

Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution.

Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
