Job Title: HR Automation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and independent professional to manage day-to-day HR technology operations, system enhancements, audits, and automation projects with minimal supervision.

\

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR teams, business technology teams, and employees to ensure the smooth functioning of HR systems and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for all HR technology-related queries, issues, and enhancements.\
  • Manage daily HR tech operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination independently.\
  • Conduct HR technology audits to ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.\
  • Liaise with internal business technology teams to align HR systems with enterprise-wide solutions and integrations.\
  • Lead the implementation of new system enhancements and ensure adoption by HR and employees.\
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems like Zing HR, TurboHire, and other tools to meet organizational needs.\
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process gaps and deploy digital workflows.\
  • Monitor system performance, generate HR dashboards, and provide insights for decision-making.\
  • Train HR teams and employees on new features, functionalities, and processes.\
  • Stay up-to-date with HR technology trends to recommend future-ready solutions.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (with an HR tech/automation background preferred).\
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Technology / HR Operations with hands-on system management experience.\
  • Knowledge of Zing HR, TurboHire, Power Automate, and Power BI is advantageous.\
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and payroll.\
  • Prior experience in HR tech audits and compliance checks is beneficial.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills are required.\
  • Able to work independently and liaise across HR and technology functions effectively.\
