Job Title: SAP PS Application Lead

The primary function of the SAP PS Application Lead is to lead and manage a team responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using SAP Project System (PS).

This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, application design, build, and configuration, as well as strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

  • Lead and manage a team of experts in SAP PS.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems within the team and across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
