Job Title: SAP Warranty Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Warranty Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of our warranty management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and lead meetings to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Set up and demonstrate CRPs, RICEF developments, and other related projects.
  • Write functional specifications that meet business needs.
  • Utilize warranty management experience to configure and enhance SAP Warranty Management systems.
  • Expertly manage LO-WTY Warranty Management, config level SD, and pricing background.
  • Work with LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle, IC/OC claim versions, claim functionality, SD Pricing, and pricing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with VSR tool (Validations, Substitutions, Messages, business rules) and Quality code catalogs on header/version/item level.
  • Other relevant experience is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT or leading Big 4 firms.
  • Familiarity with ACS Warranty Add-on, FICO integration, and account keys.
  • Knowledge of service contracts (VA42) and basic knowledge of Supplier Recovery and ARM.
