Computer-Aided Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team as a Computer-Aided Engineering Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals of nonlinear finite element analysis and optimization for strength and stiffness targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections
  • Structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic responses (FRF and random excitations)
  • Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses

The successful candidate will have an intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and a problem-solving attitude to come up with countermeasures with manufacturing and assembly feasibility.

Exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is welcome.
