Senior Cybersecurity GRC Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- This is a key leadership role requiring strategic vision and operational expertise to manage GRC programs across multiple projects and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive GRC strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct security assessments, gap analysis, and control mapping exercises to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of GRC initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on GRC-related matters.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC roles with hands-on exposure to frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and others.
- Proven ability to create clear, concise, and technically accurate security policies, procedures, and assessments.
- Experience conducting security assessments, gap analysis, and control mapping exercises across multiple frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks and their implementation.
- Preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or other relevant certifications.

- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead GRC initiatives in complex environments.
