We are currently looking for a professional who can oversee the successful implementation of system enhancements and new product rollouts. This individual will serve as a crucial bridge between business needs and technical solutions by collaborating with various stakeholders, defining project requirements, and managing projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans for creating, enhancing, and deploying new products, services, features, and functions. This includes establishing project timelines, defining specific deliverables and tasks, and managing due dates to ensure all milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key collaborator with various business areas, system owners, and cross-functional team members to manage future implementations and system enhancements. This involves working closely with vendors to implement enhancements and building strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Requirements Definition and Documentation: Define clear and detailed project requirements and monitor their fulfillment throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, assist in modifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Manuals to ensure accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular and transparent project updates, collaborating with all team members to accomplish required tasks. This includes reporting project status to the Executive Sponsor on a weekly basis, with a focus on identifying and communicating risks until the critical path is determined and secured.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a focus on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with vendors, business areas, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for developing project plans and managing documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive and adaptable mindset, with the capacity to quickly learn and navigate new systems and processes.

Additionally, experience in documenting processes and creating user-friendly manuals is highly valued.
