Job Description

As a Cloud Expert and System Implementer, you will be responsible for delivering cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement cloud systems, including modules like student academic records, admissions, analytics, billing, communications, financial aid, reporting, and system management.
  • Develop and implement security measures using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security, and industry best practices.
  • Configure and implement reporting, workflows, and other technical features of the cloud system.
  • Support business-as-usual activities and contribute to ongoing product development by identifying customer requirements and feeding enhancement requests into the cloud product development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive expertise in cloud systems and student management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud software modules, processes, and associated products.
  • At least 3 full-cycle implementations of cloud systems or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or significant relevant experience in this sector.
  • Excellent business analysis, communication, presentation, leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Experience

Desirable Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
