Our organization is seeking a seasoned IAM specialist to support our Identity and Access Management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving incidents and service requests, as well as technical problems with the IAM services. They will also directly support integrations for customer applications, perform recurrent maintenance tasks within services, monitor the current environment, and take proactive actions to maintain the services. Additionally, they will participate in service upgrade and enhancement projects, interface with subject matter experts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Key Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science and 3+ years of hands-on LDAP support experience. They should have a strong understanding of LDAP v3 directory services and experience with RADIUS as well as modern authentication protocols. Strong application integration skills, including flat files to REST API, are also essential. In addition, we require an understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS, as well as Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting.Bonus RequirementsIt would be advantageous if you have experience working with ForgeRock Directory Services, FreeRADIUS, Microsoft Entra ID, ITIL foundation certificate, SQL experience, scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.), and knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure.
