We are a dynamic company seeking a talented Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, relationship building, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points of our offerings.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive for at least 18 months.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Work Details:
Work Week: Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.
Work from office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Work from home: Tuesday, Thursday.
A laptop is required for work.
