Senior Systems Analyst

Project Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive support to production systems, with a focus on Murex 3.1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and develop Murex systems in various aspects including datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS and MDCS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document and verify system requirements.
  • Analyse and provide recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience.
  • Ensure adherence to client SDLC lifecycle and documentation standards.
  • Support IT audits and technology risk assessments.
  • Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
  • Perform technical reviews of production changes.
  • Document issues and resolutions clearly within confluence.
  • Enhance the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end of day batches.
  • Collaborate with business users across finance, product control and risk to diagnose and resolve business critical issues.
  • Resolve issues related to risk, pricing, PnL, market data, market operations, EOD, interfaces, reporting.
