We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Telecaller Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups through inbound and outbound calls.
This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability. Maintaining call records and updating CRM/HMIS systems is also a crucial aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate should have a graduate or undergraduate degree with good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems, is essential.
