Job Title: Healthcare Process Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Process Team Lead to spearhead our healthcare operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in international healthcare processes and team leadership.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees, monitoring work performance, and maintaining high attendance rates according to organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • This role requires effective coaching to team members, enabling them to deliver high-performance results monthly.
  • You will identify performance-related issues, develop improvement plans, and implement corrective actions to ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • In addition, you will communicate expectations to employees, conduct team meetings to ensure efficient communication, and stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong background in international healthcare or insurance processes is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to lead team members effectively.
  • You must possess the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while mentoring and coaching team members.
