Validation Lead Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Validation Specialist to oversee the execution of validation activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement, and maintain effective validation strategies and processes in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Oversee the implementation of IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes and increase efficiency.
  • Manage external vendor relationships as needed for validation testing services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to quality assurance and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, life sciences).
  2. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  3. Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies.
