International Sales and Business Development Lead

About the Role:
Venus Remedies Limited seeks an experienced International Sales and Business Development Lead to oversee marketing, sales, and distribution in international markets. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for the company in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and expand into new markets
- Maintain relationships with current distributors and identify opportunities for growth
- Support existing distributors in commercialization, marketing, and promotion efforts
- Manage Tender Business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/business development in international markets
- Working exposure to the European market
- Experience working with Injectables product lines
- Willingness to relocate near Chandigarh
Salary Estimate: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
