Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of software projects.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing concepts, experience in coordinating test execution activities, and proficiency in using test management tools. You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and maintain a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate test activity execution based on test strategy and plans defined by the QA Lead
  • Review change requests and analysis updates to assess their impact on test plans and schedules
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively
  • Support test execution including system integration testing, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases by facilitating collaboration among test pods, developers, analysts, and business users
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of Software Testing Concepts, STLC, and SDLC processes with Shift-Left approach
  • Proven experience in coordinating test execution activities within complex projects, ideally in the financial, digital banking domain
  • Hands-on experience with test case preparation, test case execution, and quality reporting
  • Experience with test planning and strategy development, especially in coordination with QA Leads or domain owners
