Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our organization. As an Assistant Entity Controller and Company Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP/Ind AS. You will also ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.

Additionally, you will monitor and manage entity monthly/quarterly financials including cash flow. This will involve coordinating with shareholding entities for documentation, secretarial compliance, demat account reconciliation. You will also be responsible for ensuring all secretarial records are up-to-date with complete documentation, regulatory filings, FEMA, MSME & other corporate & economic laws compliance.

In this role, you will be working closely with different teams for various automation, digitization projects. You will collaborate with respective teams for SAP implementation and ensure that all internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.

As a leader, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department to meet all corporate timelines. You will also be responsible for extending compliance tool implementation to other southeast Asian entities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP, financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, work ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
