Healthcare Data Engineer - AI/ML Enablement

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Engineer to play a pivotal role in our AI-driven initiatives. This position involves collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, compliant data pipelines for predictive analytics, risk stratification, fraud detection, and other use cases.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating data solutions to support automated workflows, bots, and AI Agents that span legacy platforms.

  • Data Preparation: Clean, rationalize, normalize, and integrate large healthcare datasets (claims, member, provider, clinical data) to ensure readiness for AI-driven analytics and automation.
  • Data Pipelines: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement data pipelines that meet project goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and preprocess large healthcare datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines using cloud-based solutions, APIs, and integration platforms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to align data preparation with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in healthcare data engineering, including claims, EHR, and clinical datasets.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED).
