Artificial Intelligence Leader

Innovative solutions in healthcare data drive our business forward. We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the development of personalized treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history.

A typical day involves leading the design and implementation of various artificial intelligence initiatives to enhance patient health and wellness, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and create large-scale solutions, and defining technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and bring them to market.

Key responsibilities include breaking down complex problems into machine learning problems, designing solution workflows, and integrating data science capabilities or algorithms into our platform and applications. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to improve existing systems.

  • Develop and lead the implementation of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve patient health and wellness
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and build large-scale solutions
  • Define technical architecture to productize Innovaccer's machine-learning algorithms and take them to market

The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field, have 3+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in the healthcare industry, and possess strong hands-on experience in Python building enterprise applications. Additionally, deep experience in classical and new age NLP techniques, understanding new age fine LLM tuning techniques, and proficiency in at least one of the following: LangChain, Crew.AI, Pytorch, HuggingFace transformers, Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker are required.
