Manager Financial Reporting and Consolidation
About the Role:- Accounting, Financial Consolidation and reporting responsibilities include preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Consolidation must be as per timelines given by headquarters.
- Reconciliation for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation process.
- Responsible for completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time.
- Prepare reports and analyze all metrics for all financial plans.
- Ensure timely completion of consolidated financial statements.
- Implement digital financial MIS solutions to drive process improvements within a corporate finance environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CA degree required.
- Minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
- Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Experience in digital financial MIS solutions.
- Ability to drive process improvements.
